Abstract

|
A variety of surgical procedure including open thoracotomy, closed thoracotomy,
thoracoplasty, decortieation and pneumonectomy were performed in 22 cases of empyema
caused by various etiology which we have experienced during a year.(Jan, 1966- Feb.
1967) We discuss briefly of some reference in addition to the result.
